Automotive: Apple Car’s core chip may be based on A12, TSMC foundry

Heard on the street: On the 20th, some analysts believe that Apple Car’s self-developed chip will be based on the 7-nanometer A12 Bionic processor and be manufactured by TSMC. Samsung’s 7-nanometer process chip has been put into the production of the self-driving car processor Exynos Auto V9, so it may become a potential supplier of Apple Car. However, based on the close relationship between TSMC and Apple, the probability of TSMC becoming an Apple supplier is expected to be quite high.
